LucidSend is an AI-powered cold email generation platform that helps users create professional business emails. The service includes:

• AI-generated email content based on user inputs
• Subject line and call-to-action suggestions
• Email export functionality
• Usage analytics and management

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Free Tier

Free tier users can access the service without registration, subject to daily usage limits.

3.2 Pro Tier

Pro tier users must provide payment information and agree to subscription terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, unsolicited, or bulk email content
• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate content for non-business purposes (creative writing, fiction, etc.)
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Share account credentials or circumvent usage limits

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Pro Subscription

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate
• Launch pricing may be subject to change with notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

5.2 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months unless required by law
• Free tier access continues after Pro cancellation

6. Usage Limits and Fair Use

• Free Tier: 5 email generations per day
• Pro Tier: 20 email generations per day
• Limits reset daily at midnight UTC
• Excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions
• Commercial resale of generated content is prohibited

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Content

LucidSend and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Generated Content

You retain ownership of the email content generated through our service. However, you are responsible for ensuring the content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

• We do not store your email generation inputs permanently
• Usage data is collected for service improvement and billing
• We comply with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or outages
• Third-party service dependencies (OpenAI, Stripe, etc.)
• Force majeure events

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate email content. While we strive for quality and accuracy:

• Generated content may not always be perfect or suitable
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before use
• We do not guarantee specific results or response rates
• Content should be used as a starting point, not final copy

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LucidSend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
